YL 度假屋是一间双层排屋，位以怡保深斋独中及巴东牙也华小之间(Bandar Cyber-Park View)新区新双层排屋。

YL Homestay is a double storey terrace house located between Ipoh Shen Jai High School and SJK(C) Batang Gajah.

屋外环境优美,空气清新；室内设计温馨舒适。

It has beautiful environment around housing area and warm and comfortable interior design.

YL 度假屋面向草场及儿童游乐场,步行就可到邻近商店,约1km设有休闲河畔公园。 

YL Homestay faces a field and children playground. Nearby shop lots are within working distance as well while recreation park is at a distance of 1km away.

屋租以日计及旺季及淡季之分.适合娶嫁用途,一家大小或一班朋友到来旅行,回乡过年度假,出坡公干,销售人员等.

House rental is on daily basis and also depends on the season (Peak or Off-Season). 

It's suitable for wedding purposes, travelling in family or a group of friends, vacation during festive seasons, out station and etc.

屋内设备齐全:四房,房间设有冷气,热水器,冰箱,洗衣机,WIFI,应有尽有.

Facilities in the house are well equipped. For instances, water heater, refrigerator, washing machine, WIFI and etc. It has four rooms and each room is attached with air conditioning. 

交通四通发达:距离南北大道收费站及金马伦高原入口处祗需7分钟.

南天洞,三保洞,观音洞及柚子土产档祗需5分钟.

市区/旧街场祗需8~10分钟.

7 minutes away from North-South Highway and entrance to the path to Cameron Highland.

5 minutes away from some famous caves such as Nam Tian Tong, Guan Yin Tong and Sam Poh Tong and also Pamelo shop row.

8-10 minutes away from town. old town.

Eco Park is at 1km away from YL. It's a new leisure park and a suitable place for people of all ages.

ECO PARK 翠林湖设有人造喷池、莲花池
平静优美的湖景更是让您放松身心的好去处。
It has man made fountain and pool. 

除此之外，ECO PARK 翠林湖 还备有鱼塘。
